Raduno C.I.L. Bagno Di Romagna 2024

We've travelled to the breed's country of origin, Italy, to participate at the biggest and most important event, the annual club show in Bagno Di Romagna, organised by the Italian Lagotto Romagnolo Club (C.I.L. - Club Italiano Lagotto). This three-day-long event attracts many Lagotto enthusiasts and breeders from all around the world. There were exhibitors from 21 countries, and there was a record entry number of 342 Lagotti.

We took part at this event with 5 dogs, out of which, 4 were out of our own breeding.

Cindy – Valburg Lagotto Heaven Cindy Sherman and Glory – Valburg Lagotto Heaven Death Or Glory started in puppy class. It was a deep dive for them, because they had only been shown 1 time before. They were performing so flawlessly that it absolutely belied their young age, and they were both selected to the TOP 7 puppies with Very Promising titles, and Glory ended up being honoured to stand on the 4th place of the podium from 20 puppy females.

Then came Lucas – Hunting Track Paid In Full, with his usual outbursting energies. He instantly got all attention with his incredible character and rustic look. He was nominated for the Best Head and Best Coat prizes, and ended up 5th in the class from 17 entries.

Penny – Valburg Lagotto Heaven Penelope and Jaime – Valburg Lagotto Heaven Jaime Lannister did well too, they got Excellent titles in their classes.
